1. HOW DO I INVEST IN THE AUTOGRAPH EXTENDED STAY?

You can invest in the The Autograph Extended Stay by purchasing either the

Studio, 2 Bed, 3 Bed Apartments or multiple units.

2. WHAT DO I GAIN FROM THIS INVESTMENT?

An attractive annual income upon operations and capital appreciation of the

asset. A 10% minimum ROI is guaranteed on any

unit invested in.

3. HOW IS MY OWNERSHIP REGISTERED?

Subscribers to the Autograph will get a Registered Title. However, the

purchase will be tied to a clause exempting the owner

from personal usage.

4. WHEN DO I START EARNING RETURNS?

Upon Operations, ROI will be paid at the end of the first financial year.

Subsequently returns will be paid either monthly, quarterly or bi-annually as

advised.

5. WHAT IS MY ANNUAL YIELD?

The Annual yield as projected by the Hospitality Management Authority is a

minimum of 60% occupancy per annum, translating to double digit

percentage earnings on units purchased.

6. CAN I USE MY APARTMENT FOR PERSONAL PURPOSES?

The Autograph is a Non-Residential Apartment (NRA) strictly for investment

purposes. However, as an owner, you enjoy one week stay, per year, free of

charge.

7. WHAT IS THE LIFESPAN OF THE INVESTMENT?

The investment is a lifetime investment.

8. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE PROPERTY OCCUPIED?

Our Hospitality Manager will handle and manage all hospitality requests.

9. HOW AM I ASSURED THAT MY INTEREST IS PRIORITIZED?

The Hospitality Management Brand in charge of the operations of the

Autograph Extended Stay is committed to the interest of all investors

Moreover, they will work in conjunction with the appointed External Auditors

to prepare and give audited Annual Financial Report to the Investors.

10. WHO IS THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR?

The investors will at the first general meeting agree on the External Auditor to

be appointed.

11. CAN I SELL MY UNIT IN THE AUTOGRAPH?

Yes, you can but the developer retains the right of first refusal.

12. CAN I HAVE EARLY EQUITY RELEASE OPTION?

Yes, you can an early equity release option is available.

13. WHAT OTHER FEES DO I PAY?

Legal fees = 5% of the unit cost.

14. WHAT IS MY COMMITMENT FEE TO OWNING ONE UNIT?

A 30% initial deposit with the balance spread for up to 24 months (See

Investment Outlook Page for more details)

15. IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF UNITS FOR PURCHASE?

Yes. Purchases are limited to a maximum of 5 units.

16. WHEN IS THE DELIVERY AND OPERATIONAL DATE OF THE AUTOGRAPH?

The projected delivery of the Autograph will be December 2023 with

operations commencing the following year.

17. IS CO-OWNERSHIP OPTION AVAILABLE?

The co-ownership option is available, subject to Terms and Conditions.

18. WHAT IS THE PENALTY FOR DEFAULT OR REFUND REQUEST BEFORE COMPLETION OF UNIT PAYMENT?

A refund would be made subject to 10% administrative fee deduction after a

resale of the unit.

19. HOW DO I PROCEED AS AN INTERESTED INVESTOR?

As an interested investor, kindly contact any of our Investment Advisors.

Make the required deposit to the account details provided in the form.

Receipt, Invoice and Sales Contract will be issued subsequently.
